Yes! Orders placed between November 1 and December 31st are eligible for our extended holiday exchange policy. The final date to request an exchange for orders placed during this period is January 14th, 2025.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via email with a picture of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with your inquiry.

We process all orders by hand, so mistakes do happen on occasion. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with a picture of the incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. To get the correct item out to you as soon as possible, you can place a new order for the correct item. When we receive the incorrect item, we will issue you a full refund.

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to intercept the order before it is sent to production; however, we do not guarantee we will be able to do so. If the order has already been sent to production, we will not be able to issue an immediate refund.

Final sale items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. The following products are considered final sale: wholesale orders, clearance sale items, free items, and bonus items discounted 50% or more.

The policies outlined above pertain to orders placed directly on our website only (www.timelesstruthcollection.com). Orders placed on TikTok, Etsy, Meta, Faire, and other platforms are not eligible for free return shipping. They may also be subject to different shipping timelines. Please visit the platform you purchased from for more details.

We do not currently offer the option to combine multiple orders into one shipment. Each order will be processed and shipped separately.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
